Who We are

Founded in 2003 by Jessica and Jan Malasek, OnDemand Resources has been on the forefront of the free agent economy revolution. Through our own experiences as senior executives at leading global companies and consultancies, we saw the need for and understood the benefits of expanding our own internal teams with more experienced project based resources, allowing us to achieve results faster or explore new areas more quickly. We also experienced the pains of slowing market demand and the subsequent pressure to reduce headcount, while faced with the need to do more with less.
