Jan Malasek – Founder & CEO
Jan’s background spans consulting, industry, and start-up companies. Prior to founding
OnDemand Resources in 2003, he was the Executive Director for Global Procurement
at BCE Teleglobe, a $1.5 billion global telecommunications company. Prior to Teleglobe,
Jan served as the Vice President of Global Marketing, Business Development, and
Sourcing, for General Electric Global Exchange Services. He started his GE career
at the corporate headquarters with responsibilities leading key corporate initiatives
in globalization, services, and Six Sigma. His accomplishments include: setting
up GE’s Eastern European sourcing organization, driving cross-business strategic
sourcing efforts, and leading e-learning strategy development on a global basis.
Jan joined GE from A.T. Kearney where he worked on strategy and operations projects
in banking, pharmaceuticals, and the automotive industry. Jan is a native of the
Czech Republic, and holds an MBA degree from the Darden School, University of Virginia.

Jessica Malasek – President
Jessica is a dynamic business leader with more than ten years of experience in developing
and delivering innovative solutions to large complex business problems. Jessica
moved to OnDemand Resources after five years at Capital One Financial, a Fortune
200 company where she implemented large, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives including:
integrating new businesses, building a cost-conscious culture, and developing and
implementing controls and governance. Prior to joining Capital One, Jessica was
a Manager of Strategic Planning at Pfizer, a global pharmaceutical company.
There she led efforts to reduce the cycle time of new drug registration processes
in the Asia and Africa region. She joined Pfizer in 1996, as a member of its prestigious
Leadership Development Program. She started her career at Dreyfus Corporation as
a member of the municipal bond portfolio management and trading team, with responsibilities
for all cash management of long-term bond funds. Jessica is a graduate of Barnard
College, and holds an MBA degree from the Darden School, University of Virginia.

Lisa McCarty – Vice President, Client Services
Lisa is a results-oriented business manager with a track record of creating value
and sustainable results in both consulting and industry environments. She joined
OnDemand Resources after serving in senior leadership roles at A.T. Kearney and
XRoads Solutions Group, where she was a co-founder of the firm's Management Consulting
practice with responsibility for the practice's service lines. As a consultant,
Lisa has led numerous engagements in the areas of business strategy, business process
improvement and due diligence and merger integration. Her clients have included
Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in the transportation, telecom, industrial
manufacturing, consumer products, and retail sectors, as well as private equity.
Previously, Lisa served as Director, Market Planning with Yellow Transportation
where she was responsible for strategic marketing, marketing research, and new product
development. Lisa earned an MBA from the Bloch School, University of Missouri-Kansas
City. She is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and serves on the
Dean's Advisory Council, Bloch School of Business and Public Administration.

Robin Pano – Vice President, Client Services
Robin is a former management consultant with over 25 years of experience in leading and delivering transformational programs in operations and supply chain. She joined OnDemand Resources after serving as a partner/vice president in the Operations Practice with A.T. Kearney, where in addition to her client focus and success, Robin demonstrated strength in building and developing delivery teams and was the regional leader for people care and development programs. Most recently, Robin has been operating as an associated and independent consultant, continuing to work with key clients in the areas of due diligence, merger integration, and supply chain. A leader in supply chain strategy and operational improvement, her career has included major consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients in consumer goods and retail, high tech, industrial manufacturing and private equity. She has a proven track record for delivering tangible results and securing high client satisfaction. Robin earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and her BA degree in Mathematics from Bowdoin College.

Rosalyn Welch – Vice President, Recruiting & Talent Management
Rosalyn is a supply chain/procurement professional with both management consulting and industry experience. She has over 20 years of experience in leading organizations through value chain transformation by quickly assessing the current environment, identifying areas for improvement, developing sustainable solutions, and implementing the changes required for maximum client value. Prior to joining OnDemand, Rosalyn served in a leadership role at Exervio Management Consulting, starting up the Dallas office and Value Chain Practice. Her career also included positions at General Mills, Manugistics, Arthur Andersen, and Proudfoot Consulting. She has delivered value solutions to a wide array of industries including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive, plastics, consumer products, logistics, oil and gas, mining, and medical device. Some of her clients included Bank of America, HealthSouth, Eli Lilly, Daimler Chrysler, and Klockner Pentaplast. Rosalyn holds an MBA degree in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas and a B.A. in Business Administration from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She is an active member of the American Society for Quality and the Council of Supply Chain Management.

Renee Faulkner – Director, Recruiting & Talent Management
Renee has held a variety of supply chain and procurement roles, in both management consulting and industry environments. As a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, she worked primarily with clients in the consumer products industry, implementing large-scale supply chain initiatives and achieving considerable cost savings, efficiencies, and process improvements. After leaving A.T. Kearney, she held procurement roles at Unilever, Booz Allen Hamilton, America Online, and, most recently, at Chevron, where she was the Regional Category Manager, Packaging for Latin America (Lubricants division). In this role, Renee identified opportunities, and implemented strategies, to centralize procurement across 15 plants and distribution centers in Latin America and the Caribbean, achieving significant cost savings in categories such as steel drums, labels, and plastic bottles and pails. Renee’s fluency in Spanish helped her to succeed in this role, as much of her daily work was conducted in Spanish. Renee holds a B.A. degree in Spanish and Education from James Madison University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Maribeth Foelber – Manager, Recruiting & Talent Network
Maribeth is a dedicated problem solver with strong background in the consumer goods industry. Starting out at Kajeet, a start-up company offering a cell phone service for kids, she gained experience from the ground up in logistics, procurement and marketing while earning her degree. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, she joined Jordan Kitt’s Music, a family owned piano company. Specializing in procurement and supply chain management, her successes included managing all procurement and distribution for 11 locations, reducing overall inventory by 45% in three years and sourcing new products from overseas. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and an overall resourcefulness have led her to have a positive impact on the bottom line throughout her career.
